Have a New York State's driver license

It's mandatory to have a Class D, Class E, or Non-CDL C license.

Pass your medical test

Federal regulations require that every commercial learner permit holder or driver license holder must certify to the type of commercial driving they currently perform (or expect to perform).

Get a commercial learner’s permit

Taking the CDL preparation course that we offer will make it very easy for you to pass the permit test.

Enroll in a CDL program

You have to enroll in a commercial driving course. These courses usually take a few weeks to complete.

Schedule & Pass road test

After completing your CDL course, you will have to take a test that covers basic information covered in the CDL manual. This test includes three sections: pre-trip inspection, basic controls. & parking maneuvers and driving test.
